The Foundation for Peoples Health and Environmental Conservation Tanzania
The Foundation for Peoples Health and Environmental Conservation Tanzania(FOPHEC TANZANIA) is a Non Governmental Organization. With its operation in United Republic of Tanzania. The organization is visioned in the creation of a well proteceted environment while suporting a well sustainable society and economy.
We are engaged in:
- Dissemination of agro-forestry techniques as an alternative to forest resource collection.
- Implementation of programs of environmental education in primary and secondary schools, teacher training and sensitization of local communities.
- promotion of the organization as non-profit entity to be the voice speaking on behalf of environment activities
The Organization’s Mission is to promote a system where humankind and nature can co-exist together in harmony

Patnership with community
We provide other initiatives or necessary services, whether independently or in conjunction with other organizations which support community self-help efforts and otherwise carry out the general purpose of the Organization to help society live in safe environment.
Promote Eco-Tourism
We facilitate eco-tourist routes in areas worth of conservation and high in biodiversity and promote local income-generating activities such as beekeeping, animal husbandry, tourist facilities and handcraft.
